Hierbei wird davon ausgegangen, dass der Mensch sich wesentlich durch die Fähigkeit zu autonomer Entscheidung sowie zu Verantwortlichkeit für sein Handeln auszeichnet, und dass diese strukturelle Freiheit einen unveräußerlichen, höchsten Wert und Selbstzweck darstellt. Mittelpunkt, Schlüssel und Methode Personalismus ist der Mensch. Die Wahrheit über diesen steht, wie auch sie selbst, über jedwedem philosophischen, theologischen oder ideologischen System. Der Personalismus will den Menschen als "Formenden" verstanden wissen, nicht als "Geformten", als Ziel statt als Mittel zur Erreichung anderer, untergeordneter Ziele. In integral verstandener Philosophie und Theologie der menschlichen Person, also im Integralen Personalismus, sieht den gedeihlichsten Nährboden für den interdisziplinären Dialog, besonders zwischen Philosophie, Theologie und Ethik. Arguments given by him were not in fact liturgical but have been presenting implications between a definite liturgical celebration and the dogmatic truths. The article analyses Joseph Ratzinger's selected grounds in the topic, showing this theologian's innovatory way of thinking, his merging Church's lex orandi and lex credendi. The matter of prayer toward east is still, though 50 years after the II Vatican Council, current and located in contemporary theological reflection. Filioque) and first of all the inclusion of this formula into the Nice-Constantinopolitan Credo by the Pope Benedict XV in the 1014 without consultation with the Christian East, is considered, together with the primacy of the Pope, to be the biggest obstacle on the way to the unity between the Catholic and Orthodox Churches. A COMPARISON OF THE CONCILIAR PROJECTS OF PIERRE HAUBTMANN AND KAROL WOJTYŁA Summary The article presents the debate which took place during few days on February 1965 in Ariccia (near Rome), where the members of the subcommittee of doctrine “Gaudium et spes" met to prepare the pastoral constitution. Two projects were compared. The first one was that of Pierre Haubtmann from Paris and the second one that of Karol Wojtyła from Cracow. The role of the catholic community in forming interhuman relationship, dialogue and the significance of social doctrine of the Church were underlined in Haubtmann's project, and as well a Christian vision of the world was presented. The second project showed the theological principles of Church's mission in today's world with special attention given to religious freedom and the identity of believers. The supernatural, salvific character of the Church's activity was stressed as an essential perspective in her relationship with the contemporary world. During the debate, the key role of Christian anthropology was indicated to treat this relationship as well. As a result of the debate the subcommittee decided to add to the Haubtmann project a new ecclesiological chapter: (“the Role of the Church in the modern world") of the pastoral constitution. Noticing and properly reflecting them is of great importance in striving to achieve the unity of Christians, which is the will of Christ. Among the Mariological issues raised in discussions between different denominations, one of the more difficult contentious issues is the doctrine of the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Differences between denominations in perceiving this issue, initiated in the era of the Reformation, became consolidated and exist to this day. Opening the relationship between divided Christians, enabling joint consideration of this disputed issue, was associated with the beginning of a dialogue, freed from old emotions, tensions and prejudices.
